TUTORIAL ON THE TOWNIE & NPC MAKER. Made by Black Luster Speed.

I'm going to show you a description of all the Interaction on this tree:

Generate NPC: Generate the original Sims 2 Non-Playable Characters.
Generate EP1 NPC: (Requires University) Generates the University Non-Playable Characters.
Generate EP2 NPC: (Requires Nightlife) Generates the Nightlife Non-Playable Characters.
Set Gender: Set Male, Female, or Random.
Set Skin: Set Lightest, Light, Medium, Dark, or random.
Set Age: Set Toddler, Child, Teen, Adult, Elder, Use Smart Age, or Random.
Generate Townie: Creates townie for you.
Make Into Townie: Makes a sim into Townie.
Kill All Townies: Self-Explanatory.
Generate Special Townie: Creates Vampire, Mr. Big and Ms. Diva, And Mr. Slob and Ms. Slob (My favorite) ;)
Switch to make Downtownies/townie: Make your created Townie a downtownie or vice versa.
Make All: Makes all either Townies, Base Game NPCs, or EP2 NPCs.

When creating your Townie or NPC:

+ Keep +: Keeps the Townie or NPC and places it into your neigbhborhood.
- Kill -: Kills the Townie or NPC if you don't want that type of NPC or Townie.
--> Repeat Last: When you don't like the sim given after generating, press this to create a newer one.
Make Into DownTownie: Makes a selected sim Into a Downtownie.
Kill All Townies: Self-Explanatory
Switch to make Townies: Self-Explanatory.
Make All: Shown Above.

Now, how to create your NPC or Townie:

1. First, Choose your Gender Preference.
2. Choose the skin color for your sim.
3. Set the age.
4. Generate any kind of Townie or NPC listed above.

Now, how to pick and choose: 

1. Your created sim will come up. If you don't like them, press (--> Repeat Last) to create a newer NPC or Townie.
2. If you've made an error and don't want that type of NPC, Press (- Kill -).
3. If you like them, Press (+ Keep +) and they will be sent to do their Job. (Example: If you create a pizza guy, he'll work as a pizza guy and you'll find him when you call the Pizza hotline.
